Yoga Instructor

Amanda was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Surfside Beach, SC in 2019, where she currently lives with her husband. Amanda is a former mental health therapist and has her Masters degree from Kent State University in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. These days she prefers to share her love and help others through teaching yoga and life coaching specializing in sobriety, self love and setting boundaries. Amanda started practicing yoga in 2017 and completed her 200 hour Bhakti-Vinyasa teacher training at Yoga in Common in 2022 and has been teaching ever since. Amanda enjoys being in nature, spending time with animals, taking walks with her husband or reading a good book.
