Mind Body Soul Center is a unity of highly experienced teachers, body workers and healers particularly dedicated to helping you reach and maintain overall personal wellness goals. We guidance, support and education every step of the way.
What We Offer
We offer a full yoga schedule with classes for all levels and experience, personal training, bootcamps and a variety of healing body modalities. Additionally, all of our services are designed to help you thrive!
How We Grow
Firstly, our classes and healing modalities provide you with tools and skills to connect to your inner self and wellbeing. Secondly, you are also in a community of like-minded people, allowing you to network and to give and receive support. Together we strengthen Mind Body and Soul!

Unlimited yoga classes for 3 weeks for students new to MBSC!
On-demand Video Library
Classes on your own schedule! Our video library is accessible anytime! At this time, there are Conditioning (strength training) videos available. Videos are added on a regular basis and we will soon be adding yoga videos.

Monthly Unlimited Membership
Our unlimited monthly class pass on autopay gives you the flexibility to take classes throughout the month. Membership includes 1 30 minute private personal training session and discounts on workshops and wellness services. Six month commitment required and 30 day notice must be given to end autopay.
