Yoga Class Descriptions
Yoga Levels 1 – 2
Yoga Levels 1 – 3
Iyengar-inspired yoga emphasizes structural alignment using props and sequencing to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation. This class builds core strength and teaches safe inversions. We flow creatively and hold poses for a deep practice.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets connective tissues and joints, helping them become more open and supple. It is practiced mainly on the floor with long-held, supported, passive poses. Yin focuses on the lower body including the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and spine.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga unites poses and breath. We will flow from pose to pose using sun salutations and creative transitions to attain balance in the mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
All Levels Yoga
A unique all-levels class designed to relax your body and mind, weaving together breath, movement, and meditation. Some practice with standing asana is recommended.
Mindful Flow

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is great practice for those that need just a little more support. By taking the balance issue out, you are able to stretch, strengthen and relax. Breathing techniques and meditation are also included.
Conditioning
This strength training class starts with a warm-up then uses weight-bearing exercises to work the whole body, followed by cool-down stretches, All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications for any issues, Build strength at your own pace and intensity level!
