Her main goal is to help challenge you towards a stronger body with an ability to move comfortably while honoring healthy alignment and mindful techniques. Known for thoughtful sequencing, clear instruction, and an encouraging approach, Chloe is passionate about helping people of all levels feel powerful in their bodies.
