Kelly brings more than 8 years of fitness experience, specializing in empowering women and girls to become the strongest, most confident version of themselves. Through a dynamic blend of strength training, pilates, and conditioning, she leads both group fitness classes and personal training sessions designed to challenge, inspire, and uplift.
As a busy mom of three, Kelly understands firsthand the importance of prioritizing health and wellness. Fitness has been her foundation for maintaining the mental and emotional strength needed to navigate life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping her clients unlock their inner power to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
When Kelly is not at the studio or tending to mom duties, you will find her substitute teaching or volunteering at Coastal Montessori, coaching for Girls on the Run, doing yoga at the beach, or training for a race. She has an ambitious goal to travel and run a race in all 50 states
