Lauren, ERYT-500, YACEP, ACE, has been teaching yoga and doing personal training since 1994. She started in California and was very blessed to have been taught by many amazing teachers. She has lead many teacher training and retreats. She was a dancer in a yoga dance company for several years. She loves working with all ages and abilities. After all these years her love of yoga has deepened and my desire is to help more people get strong and mobile.
