Sari Stone, RYT 500
Yoga Instructor
I took my first yoga class when I was 19, fell in love with the way I felt. My practice evolved with my life. I love yoga because it is the union of the “limitless self and the separate self.” It is a combination of music, the joy of movement, and awareness. As a Life Coach and a tutor, I integrate the philosophy of yoga in everything that I do.
I decided to teach yoga because it is a combination of teaching, dancing, and practicing presence. I received a 500 hour certification in Vinyasa Yoga (Boulder, Colorado 2013) along with my restorative training. I have been blessed with amazing, diverse teachers every step of the way. I am constantly learning, and have attended and taught a variety of workshops over the years.
We all live in service to each other. I started teaching yoga in an elementary school and then progressed to teaching in a gym, giving private classes, and providing corporate yoga to businesses. During Covid, I was asked to teach virtual classes for WAPA, a government based engineering company whose website was shared with military bases around the world.
My core beliefs are that everyone can practice yoga, and that the measure of my practice is my ability to take it off the mat and into my life.
