Maggie Moberly, ERYT 500, YACEP
Yoga Instructor

I was introduced to yoga by my dad (aka my greatest teacher) at a young age. The practice ebbed and flowed in my life until I lost my mom in 2014. To recover from the loss I dove deep into yoga. It became a constant practice that has inspired me and supported me through the highs and lows of life and ultimately became my life’s purpose and passion.
As a yoga teacher I aim to inspire students, through the physical and mental practice, to make full contact with every moment, listen to their inner voice, find awareness and discover the divine spark within. In my classroom I strive to create a space that invites and allows for self-exploration, laughter and love. As a former dancer I enjoy bringing movement and music together to find a mindful flow.
I hope to help my students find a passion for their own personal health and happiness. I believe it is all about finding what works for YOU to feel your best and making it realistic so it sticks! If you make your physical and mental health your top priority and passion, then you can find success is all aspects of your life.
I completed my 200 hour teacher training in Myrtle Beach in 2016. I went on to open my own yoga studio in my hometown in Kentucky for 5 years. During that time I ran multiple teacher trainings, local retreats, events, workshops, and of course daily classes. I also completed my 300 hour training during the pandemic and became a YACEP (continuing education provider) and ERYT 500. I am excited to be back in Pawleys Island and teaching yoga again in this community!
