Instructor, Trainer, Intuitive Bodywork, Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapist

John is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and certified teacher trainer. He has been teaching for over two decades and continues his yogic studies within the tradition of the Himalayan Masters with Pandit Rajimani Tigunait and the Himalayan Institute. John teaches Therapeutic, All Level and Mindful Flow yoga classes as well as Meditation.

He is certified in Advanced Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Early in life John had two experiences in which he was given a heightened awareness and the ability to see, feel, and read energy. John blends these modalities, his Yogic practices and his intuitive abilities to help the body heal itself. His bodywork focuses on the energy flow of the body and helps to open areas of congestion, stress, disease, and injury to restore balance and rejuvenate the body at a cellular level. One of his greatest teachers has been his own journey with many injuries and accidents chronic pain, Tinnitus and Migraines he knows how pain works from the inside out. He has helped many find natural and permanent relief from problems that have existed for years.

With his extensive education and decades of experience in exercise science and anatomical kinesiology, he has offered personal fitness and whole-life training to individuals of all walks of life for over 30 years. John has owned, managed and consulted with athletic clubs throughout the United States. Utilizing this knowledge, experience and awareness, he helps integrate mind, body, breath, and spirit in his healing therapy, personal training, and yoga teaching.
