Cathy Cannon

Cathy Cannon is a lover of life, a seeker of simple beauties and harmonious relationships. Life has led her to share practices of uncovering the light within. It starts with the body then the breath and then the mind. Cathy believes in the power of intention and that we each have the ability to create that we wish to see.
Cathy has been a teacher of various kinds of movement since she was a teen. The 1980’s aerobics scene was her first venture into teaching and it never really stopped from there. Group fitness led to personal training for years which led to Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork and the ultimately a path focused on self discovery. She has spent over 500 hours in continuing education for Yoga, Breath and Energy Practices, Meditation after years of courses in Personal Training, Pilates, Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Cycle classes and combinations of all of the above.
Cathy loves daydreaming, walking the beach, resistance training, cooking, writing and traveling to beautiful spots to sleep in her airstream.
